Privacy Policy
Thought Planner is made by 1001772239 Ontario Inc. This policy describes what the app does with information on your iPhone. It was last updated on 4 November 2026.
What stays on your iPhone
Notes you speak, text you type, tasks, and the calendar stay on this iPhone. A new iPhone does not receive them. A backup of this iPhone is what brings them across.
Speech recognition runs on this iPhone. The recording is not sent off this iPhone for recognition. We do not receive the recording or the transcript.
If you send a task to Reminders, it is created in the Reminders app on this iPhone. We do not receive that reminder.
Email is optional. You can use the planner without giving an address. If you verify an address, or you ask us to email the subscription summary, that address is sent to our mail provider, Resend, so we can send you a code or that summary. The summary names the expiry date and how to open Thought Planner on another iPhone with Restore. The email does not open that iPhone. The address is linked to you and is used for the app. It is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Apple and the subscription
Apple bills the monthly or yearly plan. The price is the price Apple shows you before you confirm. Cancel and payment changes happen in your Apple ID settings. We do not see your card.
Thought Planner reads Apple’s receipt on this iPhone to know whether the plan still covers today. We do not learn your Apple ID email from that receipt.
Tracking
We do not track you. The app does not use advertising identifiers, and it does not send your tasks or your speech to an analytics service.
Children
Thought Planner is not directed at children under 13.
