What to include
Tell us the iPhone model, the iOS version if you know it, and what you were trying to do. Do not send a password, a card number, or a full Apple ID password. We do not see your card. Apple bills the plan.
A subscription
To change or cancel renewal, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Turning renewal off keeps Thought Planner open until the date Apple’s receipt still covers.
On another iPhone, install Thought Planner, sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID, and tap Restore. Restore opens the plan on that iPhone. It does not copy your notes. A backup of the first iPhone is what brings the notes across.
